Refund & Returns Policy

1) Eligibility Window

  • Pakistan: Return/exchange requests accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • International: Requests accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all inserts/seals intact.

For safety, we cannot accept returns of opened consumables (capsules, syrups, powders), used topicals, or items with broken seals—unless defective or sent in error.

2) Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened products, partially used packs, items marked Final Sale, free gifts/samples, and gift cards/vouchers.
  • Customized or special-order items.

3) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your parcel is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Take clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, product, and batch/lot.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@hbmorganics.com / 042-35240478 with your order number + photos.
  3. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including standard shipping) after verification.

4) How to Start a Return

  • Email info@hbmorganics.com with your order number, item(s), and reason.
  • We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return label (Pakistan: prepaid label where available; International: ship via a tracked service).
  • Unauthorised returns may be refused.

5) Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind / ordered wrong item: You pay return shipping; original shipping is non-refundable.
  • HBM fault (defect, damage, wrong item): We cover reasonable return shipping or provide pickup where available.

6) Inspection & Refunds

  • Allow 3–5 business days after we receive the parcel for inspection.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank/wallet processing times vary).
  • COD orders (Pakistan): refunded via bank transfer/e-wallet after verification. Please share your account details securely when requested.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

We may issue partial refunds for missing parts, signs of use, or packaging not returned in original condition.

7) Exchanges

  • Fastest method: place a new order and return the original per this policy.
  • Direct like-for-like exchanges are available in Pakistan subject to stock.

8) Cancellations

  • You may cancel before dispatch by contacting support.
  • Once shipped, please follow the returns process.

9) International Orders

  • Duties/taxes paid to customs are non-refundable by HBM.
  • Refused or unclaimed international parcels may incur return shipping and restocking deductions.

10) Adverse Events & Product Concerns

Your safety matters. If you experience an adverse reaction, stop use and contact a healthcare professional. Report the event and product batch/lot to info@hbmorganics.com / 042-35240478 ance on replacement or refund per Section 3.

11) Restocking Fee (rare)

For non-fault returns requiring repackaging, a restocking fee up to [10%] may apply. We’ll inform you before processing.

12) Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation:

  1. Check with your bank/wallet.
  2. Contact your card issuer.
