1) Order Processing
- Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after [3:00 PM PKT] process the next business day.
- Pre-orders/back-orders ship when stock arrives; dates at checkout are estimates.
2) Shipping Zones & Transit Times (estimated)
- Pakistan: 2–5 business days via [TCS/Leopard/Call Courier/—].
- International: 7–14 business days via [DHL/Aramex/—]. Remote areas may take longer.
- Delivery estimates exclude processing and customs clearance.
3) Rates & Free Shipping
- Rates are shown at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier.
- Free shipping (Pakistan): orders Rs 4000+ after discounts.
- International: carrier-calculated rates; duties/taxes may apply (see §6).
4) Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pakistan
- Available on eligible products.
- Courier may contact you to confirm. Refused/failed COD may limit future COD use.
5) Tracking & Delivery
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking once dispatched.
- If you’re unavailable at delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold at a pickup point.

6) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
- Import duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees are paid by the recipient and vary by country.
- HBM is not responsible for delays due to customs inspections or for refused shipments.
- If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect address, shipping fees and return costs may be deducted from any refund (see Return Policy).
7) Undeliverable, Delays & Force Majeure
- We aren’t liable for delays caused by courier issues, weather, strikes, natural events, or incorrect addresses.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the parcel, first check with household members/guard/security, then contact the courier and us within 48 hours.
8) Damaged or Missing Items
- If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, photograph the outer box, inner packaging, and items and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at “Info@hbmorganics.com” with your order number + photos.
- Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
9) Split Shipments & Temperature-Sensitive Items
- Orders may ship in multiple parcels at no extra charge.
- For heat-sensitive or fragile products, we may adjust couriers, add protective packing, or delay dispatch to protect product integrity.
10) P.O. Boxes & Restricted Addresses
- Couriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or government-restricted locations. Provide a physical address and active phone number.
11) Ownership & Risk
- Title and risk pass to you upon delivery scan at the shipping address.
